Several situations of shutdown of a 6t gas boiler
There are two main types of 6-ton gas boilers: 6-ton SZS oil and gas boilers and 6-ton WNS oil and gas boilers. For this type of 6-ton boiler, it belongs to the category of shutdown during its use, when the routine operation of the boiler is completed, or when the boiler needs to temporarily stop running. That is to say, different shutdown methods are required for different situations, and the specific situation needs to be analyzed in detail.
1. Temporary shutdown of the furnace. The temporary shutdown of a gas boiler, also known as sealing or pressurizing, involves keeping the upper grate at the bottom of the fire, pressurizing the wet coal, and then closing all furnace doors. When igniting again, the induced draft fan, blower, and upper coal feeding door should be opened in sequence, and the ash and slag at the lower part of the upper grate should be hooked down to ensure normal ventilation;
2. Emergency shutdown of the furnace. Emergency shutdown of gas boilers refers to the immediate cessation of combustion during normal operation of the boiler. In case of emergency situations such as overheating, overpressure, or damage to combustion equipment, the boiler needs to be shut down immediately;
3. Complete shutdown of the furnace. This shutdown method is used by gas boilers for cleaning, descaling, or heating shutdown. This method is to first extinguish the furnace fire, then add water to the furnace to the highest water level, wait until the furnace body gradually cools to room temperature, and then discharge all the water in the furnace for boiler cleaning and maintenance.
