In the preparation stage of low nitrogen burner, after the program control machine is powered on, the internal program self-test starts, and the servo motor drives the air valve to the closed state. When the temperature controller, ultra-low air pressure switch, steam pressure switch of steam boiler and other constraint switches, the program controlled machine starts to start and enters the pre purging stage.
If the solenoid valve of the low nitrogen burner is equipped with a leakage detection system, the system will first detect the leakage of the valve when the above constraint switch is agreed, and then enter the pre purging stage after passing the detection. In the pre purging stage, the servo motor drives the air valve to the firing state, starts the fan motor, starts to supply air for 13 seconds, and blows in air for pre purging.
